The talking points from Vineyard Wind and Barnstable's Town Council say the 440,000 volts/high voltage cables will be 30 feet under Covell's Beach. You can see from their own diagram the high voltage cables will be as shallow as 8ft under the beach. Their talking points are misleading to say the least!
